Objective : Computer Training for Chidambarashrama School Students
Participants : Suchindra Prasad, Smitha, Srinivas Mahendrakar, Anjan Gowda, Srinivas, Arun Kumar,Chandra Mohan, Sateesh Gowda and Manjunath Rao.

Then the Aviratha team was chatting with Suchindra Prasad, we learnt about this ashram. After we heard about the ashram we told Suchindra Prasad that we were interested in going to the ashram. Seeing our excitement Suchindra Prasad arranged for our visit to the ashram on 13th January. This ashram is located in Gubbi, Tumkur.

We reached the ashram on the 13th January morning. The environment around the ashram was similar to a pious, religious, pilgrimage destination. This ashram is located in a place where Guru Dattatreya Swami meditated sincerely. The veda chanting has been taught to the children around, also helped them in their regular academics and education. That day, Aviratha team had a discussion with the coordinator of the ashram and informed them about our program to train school students and their teachers on Basics of Computers. Their interest boosted our energies and excitement.

The Aviratha team had a structured program for the training.The concepts covered would help the students and teachers in the daily activities at the school. Giving priority for the basics we trained the students and teachers in Basics of Computers, Software, Hardware, Windows, Microsoft Office basics like MS Word and MS Excel. The required stage and support was perfectly arranged by Suchindra Prasad. All of this added to the success of the Aviratha team to taste success in their endeavour.

The program held on 23rd February gave each one of us immense experience and satisfaction. The next program was scheduled on the 8th and 15th March. The computer training was continued. The examination part of the program was postponed to the next season of the academic year because the examinations were fast approaching.
